BensunTech (Benjamin Renel and Mathieu Dumontier, sole traders), contact@bensuntech.fr, is the controller for the data collected on this site.

Data we collect

Depending on how you use the site: your name, company, email and phone number if you fill in the contact form; your email if you subscribe to our newsletter; browsing data if you accept audience-measurement cookies.

Why we collect it

To respond to your contact requests, follow up with you about your project, send you our newsletter if you're subscribed, and understand how the site is used in order to improve it.

Legal basis

Our legitimate interest in responding to requests you send us voluntarily, and your consent for the newsletter and audience-measurement cookies.

Retention period

Contact form data is kept for 3 years from our last exchange. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Audience-measurement data is kept for a maximum of 13 months.

Who has access to your data

Your data is processed by BensunTech and, where relevant, by our technical providers: our email delivery service, our newsletter tool, and PostHog (audience measurement, data hosted in Europe).

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. To exercise it, write to us at contact@bensuntech.fr.

Complaints

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
